The components coated using the KSK EloCoat® process feature the popular, high-quality, glossy surface.
Outstanding corrosion resistance
The anodic coating applied under the paint generates excellent corrosion resistance, effectively preventing the virtually unavoidable filiform corrosion.
One process – two results
Components due to be sold to end customers in both anodised form and in special series with a black, high-gloss surface are produced using the same process.
Minimising waste
Even parts which cannot be fitted in the anodised version for visual reasons can still be enhanced with the subsequent paint coating, thereby minimising waste.
Efficient processing
As only lower temperatures (e.g. compared to powder coating) are required to dry the paint, plastic holders, clips and other material can be fitted even before painting. Straps etc. can also be removed after anodisation, as cut edges are still protected against weathering.
